    Sign into your account

    The mailbox button is located at the upper right hand corner of the page.

    Check mail

    Click the subject line of a mail to view the message.

  • >> How to view notifications?
    Sign into your account

    The notification icon is located at the top navigation bar - upper right hand corner.

    View notifications

    Click the notification icon to see any recent notifications. If you would like to view all notifications, click the “View all notifications” button at the bottom.

  • >> How to edit my password?
    Sign into your account

    Please click the "Setting" button beside the account name at the upper right hand corner of the page and click Password Reset.

     Reset password

    Please reset your password on the Password Reset page and click the "Change my password" button.

  • >> How to retrieve my password?
    Click button

    Please click the "Sign In" button at the upper right hand corner of the page and enter into the sign in page.

     Click Forgot your password

    Click the words "Forgot your password" on the sign in page

    Enter email address

    Please enter the email address associated with your account.

    Log in email account

    Please log in your email account, open the mail sent by Pathsource and click the "Change my password" button in it or click the hyperlink address http://www.pathsource.com/users/password/edit?reset_password_token=Eem

     Retrieve password

    Please retrieve your new password on the password-retrieving page and click the "OK" button.

  • >> How to receive support from PathSource?
    There are 3 ways to contact us if you need any assistance

    a. Send us an email

    On your dashboard, simply click the “Contact Support” button or you may send an email to support@pathsource.com.

    b.  Contact your dedicated account manager 

    Your dedicated account manager’s contact information is located at the lower right hand corner of the dashboard.

    c. Contact our online customer support staffs

    When one of our online customer support staffs is available to chat, click the “We are here to help!”  button located at the lower right hand corner of the browser.  Fill in some basic information and click the “Click here to start chatting” button to begin chatting with our team.

    If none of our staffs is available, you can click the “Contact us!” button at the same location and send us an offline message. We work 7 days a week and will get back to you shortly.

    Click the "Sign Up" button located at the upper right hand corner of the page.

    Register an account

    Please input the required information and click the "Create Account" button to complete this step.

    Account Activation

    Please input the activation code of your school and click the "Activate My Account" button to go to the final step.

    Personal Profile

    Please fill out this form to help us understand a bit of your background and help our system recommend better fitting jobs and careers. If you have a Class Code from your teacher, please input that into the Class Code section of the form. Finally, click the "Ok. I am done!" button at the end to finish the registration process.
