And when I say the business, I mean sales people, marketing people, client services people, and understand their business process. And then translate their business process into something called requirements for the technology team to implement on Salesforce.com. So that's what I do. I've been doing that for about almost three years. But I had been working on Salesforce and Surround Systems for almost 10. I have people that report to me at those events. It's meeting with my staff or [INAUDIBLE] just meeting with my manager, or meeting with the business, writing requirements, researching things. Trying to understand what other companies are doing or what can be done and how can we fulfill requirements of the business. I went to school actually for cosmetology, so completely different. I actually was working in a salon for somebody who needed an administrative assistant. And I started working for him when I was 20 years old, a long time ago. And I really started to like more of an office setting than working in a salon, and he taught me operations. He taught me everything. He got me to go back to school. And I started learning CRM, and metrics and reporting, and my career took off. So it's a little bit different story than you would hear every day. So you don't necessarily have to follow the norm. I'm not saying don't go to school. I'm saying sometimes everything happens for a reason. I would say the biggest advice I can give is everything can be done, it's just how do you get there? Don't get frustrated. There's always opportunities to do something a different way. And that's what I like about Salesforce-- there's always five ways to do one thing. So it's trying to figure out what your best practices are and what works for your specific business model. I think those are some of the things that I did not know coming in-- that there's so many different ways to do things. And I think also it's OK to say, I don't know, or I'm not sure and I need to research. And it's also really good to be on a team. I work on a pretty big team where we have so many different subject matter experts for different areas of technology that I don't need to know everything. And not everybody's going to know everything. You're never going to know everything about something, and it's OK. And I think that's one of the biggest lessons learned is that I always thought of myself as a subject matter expert. And I used to kill myself and turn away if I didn't know everything about it. Well, you're never going to know everything about it, and that's OK. And it's OK to say, I don't know. It's OK to not be sure of something, or if somebody knows something that you don't know.
