Reese is a Generalist, he does many different things to earn a living. Presently, he's been working in construction. He describes what a typical day looks like for him and how he got into construction. What he knows now is that it takes time and it is a process to develop a skill set, but once a skill set is developed in construction it's one that can be used to earn money.
Construction laborers do a variety of construction-related activities during all phases of construction. Although most laborers are generalists—such as those who install barricades, erect scaffolds, set up cones, and markers to control traffic patterns—many others specialize. For example, those who operate the machines and equipment that lay concrete or asphalt on roads are more likely to specialize in those areas.
