Sometimes you see the obvious stuff. If it's organic collection, why is there a bunch of aluminum and tin cans in the bin? So it's really the troublesome part is just getting people to change their mindset and realizing that some of their everyday activities could help into the organics and recycling collection and keeping it clean. But it's not as hard as they really think it is. But that's also the most rewarding part of my job as well. Because when that state of my kind of clicks in a person's head and they're like, \"oh, you know what, this is good. I like it. This is really easy, and it's great for the environment.\" And seeing someone really get into the whole movement let's me know that I'm doing my job right. And at the same time maybe that's the message that I've taught to someone who can pass it on as well. So it is it hard to get a job in this field? Well that depends on where you want to go, just what specifically the type of job is that you want to deal with. For me, applying for jobs in the Bay Area, there definitely is going to be a lot of competition. Because there's a lot of people who are interested in the same activities, like me with recycling education, definitely a lot of competition. I went to a ton of interviews where I saw coworkers and friends and colleagues. But I didn't like that discouragement.
