Angela is an assistant supervisor in the Communications and Networking Group at the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. She began her career writing firmware for servers at IBM, but later went back to school and received a PhD in computer science studying content-aware systems. Now, she manages a research lab where she studies networking systems.
