I think part of the problem when you have a dog with a behavior problem is it's been pretty much a problem for a while and it's caused by the way that people live their life. And so if I can figure out a way to sort of jump start them and get them working in a different direction, that's what I like to do. And so that's my favorite part is to motivate the people to work with their dogs. Working with the dogs is secondary. So I really enjoy working with the people. That's my favorite part. I think the hardest part is that we tend to burn out very quickly because we're kind of out they're on our own. And so clients, especially when they have dogs with behavior problems, will not always resolve the issues. And so you can leave session seven where the dog is maybe worse or the same and if it feels very sad. So we usually have a larger training community that we always get together and emotionally sort of get ourselves back up and going. That's how we work with that kind of problem. Is it hard to find work in the field? I think it can be, especially when you're starting out. Most of the trainers out there are already well established. It's a very high referral base, so basically if you're receiving clients, it's usually through word of mouth where somebody said go see so and so. And you're not going to get too many jobs by advertising. So it's very difficult to break into the community at large because there's already a lot of trainers in the Bay Area doing what we do. The way that I balance life and work, I think that it really is hard. So there are times in this lifestyle where we basically are working seven hours a day for two months straight, three months straight, and then there's other times where we're not working very much at all where have weeks and weeks at a time. So honestly, I don't balance my work at my life out because I know that when it's lean, it's really lean, and when it's really meaty, it's really meaty, so I don't. But I should. So I take time off and go camping and pull myself away from the computer and the phone and that's the way I sort of deal with it. The big thing I found out about myself with regards to dog training is that I really liked the puzzle. I really liked the hard cases, the ones that seem tricky, the ones that didn't seem to have answers, the real, wonder why that happened. Those are the ones that I really sort of dug myself in deep and worked really hard on.
